Orders & Payment

Can I cancel/edit my order?

We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to modify or cancel your order once it's been placed. If you email us promptly on help@supernova-body.com, we may be able to update your order while it's still processing.

Please note that our Customer Service team is located in Melbourne (Australia), and any requests received after 4:00 p.m. AEST time may not be resolved until the following business day.

What do I do if my product was damaged?

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll get confirmation that we’ve received it. You will receive additional updates when the order ships, is out for delivery, and when it’s been delivered.

If, for any reason, you didn’t receive a shipping or confirmation email, please reach out to our support team at help@supernova-body.com.

What if my order is delayed?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Supernova Body accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my first order?

Yes, when you subscibe to our mailing list, you will receive a one-time 15% discount code. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including a free shipping promo.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order.

Can I apply my discount after placing an order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Do you offer returns?

Should you recieve a faulty item that has been damaged in transit, please email us at help@supernova-body.com with details and we will send you a replacement.

Other than to replace faulty goods, we do not offer returns or replacements.

Products

What is the shelf life of Supernova Body products? Do your products have expiration dates?

Expected Shelf Life is 24 months. Expected PAO (Period after Opening) is 12 months.

Is it safe to use Supernova Body if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We want to ensure our customers who are expecting or nursing feel confident using our products. All Supernova Body products - are considered safe for pregnant and breastfeeding persons. However, as with any product, we recommend consulting your doctor first.

If we do release products in the future that are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding customers, we will explicitly state so. For example 'Retinol' use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding - when we release products that contain such ingredients, we will communicate this to our customers.

Why do some products smell / have colour variations?

It is totally normal for the product colour to change over time. Due to the nature of some ingredients, there will be a natural scent present. For example, the Colloidal Sulfur in Power Play has a mild 'sulfur-like' smell. We work hard to counteract ingredient 'scent' that may be perceived as unpleasant with deodorising ingredients in the formula. Each ingredient is chosen for its incredible properties, so we urge our customers to lean into the 'stink', knowing that the results will be worth it.

Are Supernova Body products suitable for sensitive skin?

While our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, it is reccomended to patch test prior to use. To patch test, apply a small amount of product behind the ear, wait 24-48 hours and check for any signs of irritation.

Should you wish to get additional support with incorporating Supernova Body products into your existing routine, you can email us on help@supernova-body.com and add 'Routine Support' in the subject line.

Are your products non-comedogenic?

Our products do not include comedogenic ingredients, there for our products are non-comedogenic.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary; depending on your routine and the product, you should start seeing some really positive changes within 4 weeks or so.

Is Supernova Body packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is fully recyclable. Please ensure you thoroughly rinse plastic containers before placing in your curb-side recycling. For products within tubes (e.g. Power Play and Smooth Operator), you will need to cut the top of the tube and rinse the inside. You can also take our packaging to your local Terracycle bin for disposal.

Ingredients

Where can I find the percentages for each product?

Our formulas are proprietary, but each ingredient is used at a safe and effective level. Our formulations contain a balanced mix of several active ingredients. We do not disclose specific ingredient levels because the effectiveness of our formulas lies in their synergistic interaction.

Is Supernova Body vegan and cruelty-free? Does Supernova Body test products on animals?

Supernova Body is not classed as Vegan, as some formulas may have animal by products. Supernova Body is cruelty-free. We do not condone animal testing or animal cruelty.

Do any Supernova Body products contain fragrance?

Some Supernova Body products do contain fragrance. We will always make it widely known when our formulas do or do not contain fragrance. We do not use essential oils for fragrance in any of our formulations

Shipping & Returns

Where does Supernova Body ship to?

We currently offer domestic shipping in Australia and International shipping to the UK and US. We plan to expand our international shipping, so if your country isn't on the list, please contact us at hello@supernova-body.com to make a request.

How long does INTERNATIONAL Shipping take to arrive?

STANDARD International Orders
(please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive).

EXPRESS International Orders
(please allow 5-8 days for your order to arrive).

All International orders are shipped using Australia Post International Post. Please allow 2 business days for dispatch.

Which Shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via AusPost and your country’s local mail carrier (i.e. Royal Mail, Canada Post etc.) For example, if you live in Scotland, the package will ship out with AusPost, then be handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. Supernova Body is not liable for any delays and the customer will be required to pay redelivery fees due to lost packages.

Please note that once your order leaves Australia, we recommend switching to your country's local mail carriers website for tracking updates using the same tracking number.

How much does INTERNATIONAL shipping cost?

We are offering temporarily reduced shipping rates:

STANDARD: $22 AUD
EXPRESS: $34 AUD

DOMESTIC shipping details?

STANDARD shipping within Australia is $10 AUD. Standard orders will be dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post Standard (please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive).

EXPRESS shipping within Australia is $15 AUD. Express orders will be dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post Express (please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive).

Re-delivery details?

A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.

Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

How long does DOMESTIC shipping take?

We use Australia post for both DOMESTIC shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm AEST time will be processed that same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST time will be fulfilled the following business day. Please note that all orders, express and standard, placed on Fridays after 2pm AEST time and over the weekend will not be fulfilled and shipped until the following business day (Monday).

The postal service picks up processed orders at the end of each business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

While we plan to eventually offer free shipping, at this stage, free shipping isn't available.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties for my international order?

We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to create a better delivery experience for you. By shipping DDP, taxes and duties are collected at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. This also means that taxes are not included in the product price.

How long does processing take?

Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 2 business days excluding weekends.
